Why UPESSC uploads get rejected
- Signature below the 10 KB minimum — a plain 140 × 110 px JPG is usually only 3–6 KB.
- Signature on lined, coloured or grey paper instead of a white background, or too faint to read.
- Photo over 300 KB straight from a phone camera, or under the 30 KB minimum after heavy compression.
- Photo or signature saved as PNG or HEIC — the portal accepts only JPG or JPEG.
- Certificate uploaded as an image where a PDF is required, or a scanner-app PDF over 500 KB.
- Blurry, dark or tilted photo of a certificate that makes the text unreadable.

What is the UPESSC Assistant Teacher 2026 photo size?
For Advertisement 05/2026 the passport-size photo must be a JPG/JPEG between 30 KB and 300 KB with a pixel resolution between 300 and 600. This tool outputs 413 × 531 pixels tagged at 300 DPI — both sides are inside 300–600 px and it prints at exactly 3.5 × 4.5 cm.
What is the UPESSC Assistant Teacher signature size?
