UGC NET Photo & Signature Guidelines
UGC NET (University Grants Commission NET/JRF) requires a photograph sized exactly 200x230px under 100KB, and a signature sized 140x60px under 50KB, both in JPG format. Uploading images that don't match these specs is one of the most common reasons UGC NET applications get rejected at the online submission stage. This tool resizes and compresses your photo and signature to match exactly, so you can complete your UGC NET application without delays.
